The hotel is in a lovely setting and a great location close to the ski slopes in Eastern Township. The suites are nice & functional. The hotel lobby with the fire place was lovely. The staff were very friendly & professional. Compare to The photos on the Avion app “executive suite” was not the same suite that we got - that was misleading/disappointing. A note taped on the electric fire place that it was in process of renovation; this was where the cold air seeped into the room causing it to be extremely cold, and we couldn’t heat up the room throughout the night. We had to ask for extra pillows and blankets. It would take the day to warm up the suite. Not acceptable. Shower head water would take several minutes to warm up (not hot enough); so we took our showers at night. As well, not enough lighting (floor and desk lamps to provide lighting for entire main unit). A big disappointment was that the kids could not use the sauna/hot tub with parents - after a day of skiing, they were looking forward to that. The late breakfast was very simple - some cereal, some fresh fruit, unappealing de-shelled hard boiled eggs in water (?), sliced toast & yogurt with some toppings, and croissants that were overbaked and got hard under the heat lamp. Coffee and tea available. No hot breakfast or protein options. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausages/bacon would be nice to add; need to open at 630/7am because 730am too late for breakfast. Lovely staff but probably won’t return.

The room was clean and neat. The little desk area was perfect for my laptop. The table and chairs at the foot of the bed was perfect for morning coffee. The view of Lac-Brôme was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs was first class and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant was closed during the days of our stay so we aren’t able to comment on this. Breakfast was nice with varied cold selections. Our only complaint was the need for a night light and a softer mattress. There is a bit of a tripping hazard going into the rooms that could be a concern for some.

The room is quite nice, although having two chairs and a little table would have been nice. The bathroom is really nice and the shower very enjoyable. They need to do something about the continental breakfasts. Although there is a spread, it is so uninviting. Most mornings, the croissants were so hard. And it's the same thing every morning. You have to clean your own table, put your dishes in bins. Not a great expérience as far as breakfast is concernés.

Great place and very comfortable. Duvet, pillows, and mattress were super comfy. Took advantage of the hot tubs, which were very nice to have after a long, wet bike ride. Breakfast was good with the added benefit of the dining room overlooking the lake.
