Upper floor apartment with a balcony to the lake side and a small balcony to the entrance side. There are carport spaces as well as parking spaces in the underground garage under the building. There is also an e-charging station for your vehicle.

We align this apartment according to the latest state of the art and do not miss any comfort. We want everyone to have a unique experience on the beautiful Baltic Sea and to feel absolutely comfortable. You can use the apartment alone, as a couple or with the family and, in addition to the fantastic location and the town of Laboe, you have plenty of opportunities for water sports and culinary experiences as well as connections to the hinterland of "Holstein Switzerland" and the state capital Kiel with its cultural offers ,

Toll mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Ein schönes modernes Apartment. Der Schliessmechanismus der Türen ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ohne das freundlich zugesandt Video wären wir wohl gescheitert. Der tolle Blick auf die Förde wird allerdings etwas beeinträchtigt durch die seitlich gelegene hässliche Toilettenbaracke und dasaufgegebene Hallenbad. Der frontale Blick ist aber wirklich schön.

Hervorragende Fewo an der Kieler Förde

Unser Aufenthalt in der Fewo Eltje kann nur in jeder Hinsicht als hervorragend bezeichnet werden. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage der Wohnung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Erreichbarkeit, die Beschreibung im Internet wurde sogar übertroffen! Die Kontakte mit der Besitzerin Frau Jacob waren ausgesprochen positiv, sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, reagierte prompt auf Fragen und war sehr flexibel bezüglich der Eincheck-Zeit. Wir können Eltje nur empfehlen und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Super Wohnung

Man hat einen super Blick auf das Meer und kann es sich in der großzügigen Wohnung richtig gemütlich machen. Die komplette Wohnung ist Neumodern ausgestattet und bis auf Topflappen und einen Schneebesen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel und Spülmaschinen Taps waren ausgiebig vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
