This charming holiday home is located in an idyllic, quiet environment, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for relaxation, beach holidays, or active holidays. The nearest beach is approximately 8 km away. The house offers a private pool (24 m²), sun loungers, parasol, lounge furniture, an outdoor grill, and a covered terrace with direct access to the garden.



The 50 m² house on the ground floor offers space for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine, as well as a living and dining area with two sofa beds, fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.



The 20 m² terrace facing southwest is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers and offers private use including a barbecue. The property is fenced and features a lawn, hammock, outdoor shower, and plenty of space for outdoor relaxation. Pets are welcome.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im schönen Kroatien-Labin/Rabać. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super, ein wenig außerhalb gelegen, sodass man mit dem Auto zum Strand, Einkaufs- oder Essensmöglichkeiten fahren muss, das hat uns aber so gar nicht gestört. Man hat hier absolut seine Ruhe, ein wundervolles Panorama, ein eigenes Grundstück und einen eigenen Pool. Die Wohnung war für uns (3 Erwachsene) vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und 2 Schlafcouchs. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben jeden Morgen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen und uns so für den Tag gestärkt. Einen eigenen Grillplatz gibt es auch, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Ein großen Dank auch an unsere Vermieter, die uns nach unserer langen Anreise so herzlich mit Saft, eigenem Wein und einer Platte mit Schinken, Käse und Oliven empfangen haben. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt und wir haben zudem noch zahlreiche Informationen über das Haus, die Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bekommen (Prospekte sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden). Ich würde diese Unterkunft defintiv weiterempfehlen und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
