Villa Tihana is a comfortable modern villa with a private pool, located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Labin and only 10 minutes drive to Rabac, one of the most beautiful beach resorts in Istria. This detached villa accommodates 12 people and consists of two separate houses (connected together) so an ideal choice for groups or families wishing to holiday together but also allowing for privacy at the same time. The houses have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV and comprise, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (house 1), 2 bathrooms (house 2), a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room each. Outside, the villa sits on a generous fenced, garden plot of 4500 m², surrounded by countryside and forest which can be admired from the terraces. There is a private 35 m² saltwater pool, sun loungers, parasols and barbecue area with seating for 12 people, ideal for relaxing evenings and meals al fresco. Villa Tihana offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday and is perfectly located so within minutes you can be exploring the old town streets of Labin or enjoying one of the Blue Flag beaches in the popular resort of Rabac!
