House has potential

Super location but house requires modernisation and garden tended so as to allow more sunlight. Lack of wardrobe hanging space in the mezzanine gave us some difficulties and bedding unsuitable for this type of property. Has potential IF modernised.

Quel dommage

La villa est bien située et elle a un beau potentiel. Hélas elle est vétuste et mal entretenue : plaque de cuisson défectueuse, baies vitrée qui ne se verrouillent pas... Mais surtout des toiles d'araignées partout et de la saleté. A notre arrivée nous avons dû faire le ménage complet. Je trouve dommage qu'aucun effort pour proposer un logement correct n'a été fait. Maison sale, literies inadmissible pour une location saisonniĂšre. ÉlectromĂ©nagers, d'un autre Ăąge Frigo sans poignĂ©e et sale Lave vaisselle sale Four dĂ©gueulasse Plaque cuisson 2 gaz( 1hs) 2 induction qui fonctionnent Literies inadmissibles , les 2 matelas et sommiers Ă  changer d'urgence, rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©e depuis plus de 3 ans aux prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires, , en vain AccĂšs Ă  la salle d'eau de la mezzanine fermĂ©e, pourtant louĂ©e ? Store occultant du Velux chambre mezzanine, absent ( arrachĂ©) et les photos ne sont plus d'actualitĂ© du tout Comment peut on encore accepter cette location mensongĂšre Merci Abritel, 1100€ dont 700 pour la propriĂ©taire Donc 400 pour Abritel ? Pour ?

Schönes, großes Haus mit erheblichem Pflege- und WartungsrĂŒckstand

Der Garten und das Haus an sich waren sehr schön. Leider war beides in einem recht vernachlĂ€ssigten Zustand. Anders als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist leider kaum noch Rasen im Garten, der Großteil ist Laub. FĂŒr den vielen Regen konnte niemand etwas, aber fĂŒr die verstopften Dachrinnen schon. Außerdem war das Schloss der TerrassentĂŒr defekt und die TĂŒr ließ sich nur mit einem bereitgestellten Brett verkeilen. Der Wartungsstau im Haus machte sich vor allem an den zahllosen defekten Lampen bemerkbar. Außen ging nur das Terrassenlicht, alle anderen Bereiche blieben dunkel. Auch die KĂŒche war sehr dunkel, da die Lampen des KĂŒhlschranks und Herds nicht funktionierten. Im Bad ging es weiter mit einem lockeren WC-Sitz und einer hakeligen WC-SpĂŒlung. Auch war die alte Waschmaschine nach dem ersten Waschgang defekt. Die Vermietern hat zwar schnell reagiert und eine neue Waschmaschine bestellt. Die sollte aber erst am Vorletzten Tag unseres Urlaubs kommen und brachte uns so absolut Garnichts. Wir mussten dann zum nĂ€chstgelegenen Waschcenter und dort viel Zeit und Geld investieren. Ein Ferienhaus ohne Waschmaschine hĂ€tten wir nicht gemietet. Wir haben daraufhin um ein klĂ€rendes GesprĂ€ch mit der Vermieterin gebeten. BezĂŒglich der kleinen MĂ€ngel, wurde uns erzĂ€hlt, dass die Probleme bekannt seien, aber sich entweder nur kompliziert beheben ließen oder aber erst behoben werden, wenn die Saison vorbei ist. Wohlbemerkt, die Kleinigkeiten hĂ€tte man alle in ein paar Stunden erledigen können. Von der Lage her ist das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Leider wird das ganze Dorf von den Animatoren des Campingplatzes beschallt (11:00 bis 23:00). DafĂŒr kann die Vermieterin nichts, aber so etwas sollte in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnt werden. Im Winter wohnt die Vermieterin selbst in dem Haus und dann ist so ein Zustand vielleicht hinnehmbar, aber fĂŒr Fremde und Miete die dafĂŒr viel Geld bezahlen geht das garnicht. Insgesamt haben wir also nicht annĂ€hernd das bekommen fĂŒr das wir bezahlt haben. Wir waren Geduldig und haben aktiv das GesprĂ€ch gesucht und die Probleme rechtzeitig zu deeskalieren, aber die Vermieterin hatte nur ausreden parat und war nicht bereit uns in irgendeine Weise entgegenzukommen. Sehr enttĂ€uschend.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis dans cette maison qui pourraient ĂȘtre presque parfaite 
 le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able, ombragĂ© en cette pĂ©riode de canicule clĂŽturĂ© avec des chiens c’est parfait , le voisinage est calme peu de bruit ,la plage est Ă  quelques minutes
le salon trĂšs spacieux est agrĂ©able .il y a 2 tĂ©lĂ©s rĂ©centes salon et chambre ..mais . il y a un mais :j’aurais pu passer sur l amĂ©nagement , vaisselle et ustensiles vieillots, frigo hors d’ñge et sans congĂ©lateur comme indiquĂ© mais avec un freezer plein de givre ,un feu gaz qui ne marche pas bien et les casseroles pas adaptĂ©es Ă  l induction , siĂšge de terrasse et chaises longues bas de gamme et peu confortables , on peut faire des concessions en vacances et il y avait des points positifs dĂ©crits plus haut ..mais je ne peux passer sur la literie hors d’ñge dans laquelle nous avons trĂšs mal dormi pendant 2 semaines, Ă  60 ans nous n’avons pas l habitude de dormir dans un lit de 140 sur un lit en planches raides qui grincent au moindre mouvement ( non je n’appelle pas ça un sommier)avec un matelas en mousse de 6cm d’épaisseur !le lit du haut est en 160 mais pas plus confortable.. madame vous m’avez dit que personne ne se plaignait et que les matelas Ă©taient rĂ©cents cela nous a bien fait rire , Ă  posteriori hein , car sur le moment moi j’étais de trĂšs mauvaise humeur ce problĂšme ayant gĂąchĂ© mes vacances que j’espĂ©rais reposantes et ce n’est pas le cas quand on ne dort pas bien . Vous nous avez dit que c’est votre maison , il est possible que vous vous trouviez que tout vous convient mais franchement quand on dĂ©pense un budget de presque 200 euros par nuit on espĂšre mieux .., voilĂ  , je le dis ici je vous l’ai dit en face Ă©galement et si j’avais eu l’impression que vous preniez ma remarque en compte je ne l’aurais peut ĂȘtre pas Ă©crit ici mais votre rĂ©ponse a Ă©tĂ© que la literie Ă©tait presque neuve (đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«) et piquĂ©e au vif vous m’avez dit que la femme de mĂ©nage allait avoir du boulot !!euh malgrĂ© un mĂ©nage compris ,j’ai rendu des Ă©viers et lavabos et toilettes propres, le plan de travail propre la maison balayĂ©e,la terrasse aussi, les poubelles dĂ©posĂ©es, et j’ai aussi arrosĂ© le jardin avec plaisir d’ailleurs, c’est le minimum mais c’est correct je pense . VoilĂ  je pense avoir Ă©tĂ© juste et donne mon ressenti.. je pense que si dĂ©jĂ  vous revoyez la literie ça sera plus correct pour vos locataires !!

La petite maison est accueillante et tres bien situĂ©e , Ă  10 mn Ă  pied de la plage, et Ă  2 pas des commerces de proximitĂ©. Confort et equipements satisfaisants . IdĂ©al pour 4. Les +: L’emplacement parfait, le grand sĂ©jour, le calme , le jardin ombragĂ© et la terrasse . Perfectible : La qualitĂ© de la literie. Une seconde salle de bains serait aussi souhaitable .

Schöne Lage, aber sanierungsbedĂŒrftiges Haus

Schön gelegenes Haus mit grossem Baumbestand in Labenne Ocean. Leider wird der zunĂ€chst positive Eindruck von außen im Innenbereich nicht fortgesetzt. Im Haus riecht es muffig und die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Zudem ist es im Haus recht dunkel. Die Matratzen mĂŒssten erneuert werden. In der 2. Nacht unseres Aufenthaltes hat es stark geregnet und das Wasser lief an den WĂ€nden herunter. Am nĂ€chsten Morgen gab es zahlreiche WasserpfĂŒtzen, so dass wir beschlossen, das Haus zu verlassen. Leider waren die Vermieter wenig verstĂ€ndnisvoll und haben trotzdem den vollen Wochenpreis berechnet.
