In the magnificent Comminges Pyrenees region, you'll enjoy a peaceful vacation in this cottage, where many visits and activities are possible: the Via Garona hiking trail is 4 km away (the Way of Saint James), Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the most beautiful villages in France and a Grand Site of the Occitanie region, is 13 km away, the lake and golf course of Montréjeau are 13 km away, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin is 22 km away, and finally the spa and ski resort of Luchon-Superbagnères is 39 km away and Spain is 40 km away. In the heart of the former small spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse is divided into three adjoining dwellings: the owners' home and two rural cottages. Parking is shared between the two cottages. A small garden is located in front of the door. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, toilet. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a large attic room (1 double bed (140cm) + 2 single beds (90cm) separated by a half partition). Gas central heating (payable from October 1st to May 31st). Pets welcome with an additional €50 deposit. Votive festival on the last weekend of August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. Non-smoking cottage.
