La Belle Escale is an exceptional villa ideally located 50 meters from the beach, 250 meters from the Guérande salt marshes, 800 meters from the Port de la Turballe, and 3 km from the Pen-Bron Strait protected area.
Its clever design, with its U-shaped architecture, harmoniously separates the various tranquil spaces from the recreational areas such as a 6-person spa, gym (treadmill, indoor bike, water rower, punching bag, etc.) and games room (billiards, table football, ping-pong, darts). All of this is arranged around a heated swimming pool (8x4m) that enjoys constant sunshine and is accessible from a lovely terrace featuring a bioclimatic pergola, on a 1,300 m² enclosed plot.
Private parking is available on the property. A reserve of 8 bicycles is available, and a pétanque court is also available. Ground floor: Fitted kitchen opening onto a spacious and bright 90 m² living/dining room with fireplace and baby grand piano, utility room, 3 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower room and toilet), home theater room, gym and games room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: Bright mezzanine relaxation area (reading area, children's games, second TV), 2 bedrooms (each with a 180x200 cm bed that can be separated + a 90x200 cm bed), one of which has a private shower room and toilet, 1 dormitory (6 90x190 cm beds including bunk beds) and shower room/toilet.
