Semi-detached house, a stone's throw from the national forest. Located in the Floralies district, behind the 'Agnès Varda' cultural and cinema complex (10 min walk), 1,400 m from the town center's shops (20 min walk) and 1,600 m from Générelles beach. Access to the accommodation is via a slope:
-> a living room/lounge area with a sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV,
-> a fully equipped kitchen area with a worktop (4-burner stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a double-door refrigerator with a freezer compartment),
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single bunk beds,
- 1 bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; enclosed garden. Private parking on private property.
End-of-stay cleaning must be performed by the tenant.
