Located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, this charming 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as both pod and filter coffee makers. The house offers a washing machine, TV, and family-friendly amenities such as a baby bed and high chair.



Outdoors, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace—perfect for al fresco meals and unwinding. The private heated pool is available from May to September, ideal for relaxing throughout your stay. A plancha is provided so you can prepare meals while enjoying the outdoor spaces.



Two shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. Please note: parties are not allowed, the property is non-smoking, and pets are not accepted.
