La Tranche sur Mer, Les Floralies area. In a large property, in second position, 2 renovated holiday homes with neat and contemporary decor, enjoying a pleasant shared exterior. Accommodation for 2/3 people including a living room-kitchen with sofa bed. A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Outside in common with the second accommodation, the tenant has a large garden with covered courtyard (table, chairs, mini-freezer, sink and television available) an outbuilding with barbecue, deckchairs, washing machine ... It is possible to store bicycles there. A parking space on the land.
Location: 750m from the beach and 850m from the city center.
EQUIPMENT: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 induction hobs.
The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros. Sheets and linens not provided. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
