On the raised ground floor: 1 living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an 80 cm bed, bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. On the garden level: a garage. Amenities: Stove with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, iron, electric coffee maker, kitchen furniture, dining room furniture, sofa, armchairs, television. Proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause is required. End-of-stay cleaning is to be provided by the rental company. End-of-stay cleaning option upon reservation: €70 flat rate. tres bien situé
le logement est très bien situé, a deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Le paysage est magnifique. Concernant le logement il est tel que sur les photos, mais beaucoup de choses sont à revoir, la propreté lors de notre arrivée (toiles d'araignées, sable dans la maison, les alaises pas nettoyées, la baignoire sabot (compliquée pour les douches), les matelas, et les fissures dans les murs. Certes le prix est moindre selon l'agence vu la situation géographique, mais des travaux sont à faire avant de louer la maison.
L'agence n'est pas réceptive non plus pour les remarques, c'est la première fois que je fais des remarques sur une location. j'ai essayé d'expliquer à la personne de l'agence mais rien à faire elle me coupait la parole, me disait que le logement n'était pas cher c'est vrai que 850 euros une semaine c'est pas cher (bien sur), Pas d'états des lieux ensemble, on vous donne les clés et débrouille toi.
Je ne voulais pas écrire, mais vu le comportement de l'agence c'etait impossible de ne pas prévenir les gens.
Je ne remets pas en cause la situation géographique et la bienveillance des propriétaires mais merci de prendre en considération ma remarque.
