Pretty house (single storey / semi-detached), with individual garden, in a pleasant environment and close to the beach. A parking space.
1 kitchen-dining room area (opening onto a terrace), 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom (sink, shower), 1 toilet and 1 small garage.
Equipment: 1 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric burner, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 TV and 1 garden furniture.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. No linen provided.

Amélioration de l'aménagement du jardinet

Maison propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardinet consiste en une terrasse dallée et un petit espace "sablé" qui mériterait d'y planter un petit arbre, permettant ainsi de bénéficier d'un peu d'ombre.
