Living room with its kitchen area opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, shelf and wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower sink 1 toilet.) Upstairs (be careful steep staircase, small and narrow steps) 1 bedroom 1 bed 0.80 with shower, hand basin, and toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 0.80 beds (closet).
Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher (8 place settings) 1 electric oven (combi), induction hob, washing machine, television, cutlery, etc. 1 electric plancha, 1 garden furniture, 1 car space.
Location: approximately 350 m from the beach, 3 km from the city center, 2.7 km from the shopping center.
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 100 euros. Sheets and household linen not provided, paid option upon reservation.
