The Tranche sur Mer
The Tranche sur Mer facing the Ile de Ré offers a unique panorama with its 13 km of sandy beaches, wild coast and dunes.

With an excellent sunshine, it has a water quality swimming and a
clean beaches that have earned him this year again, the blue flag of Europe.

The city, like coastal protection, has kept its typical aspect that is

Location les pieds dans l'eau

Location bien située à 2 pas de la mer et du centre-ville accessible à vélo notamment. La disposition sur 2 étages indépendants permet a chacun de trouver son espace tout en profitant des espaces communs en grand groupe avec la terrasse couverte et la belle piece de vie en haut. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire

Tout était parfait logement correspondant à l'annonce, très bien situé à 150m de la plage, terrain de pétanque à proximité, commerce à moins de 5 min à pied, environnement agréable.

Das Wetter war überragend und der kurze Weg zum Strand (150m) lassen einen lange Anfahrt und Stau

Vergessen! Das Haus ist in zwei Wohnungen unterteilt wobei wir nur die obere helle genutzt haben. Wenn man mit Jugendlichen reist, muss man wissen, dass das Haus nicht über Internet verfügt! Die Betten waren gut, ebenso sehr schöne Badezimmer. Das Haus liegt im Ferienhaus Viertel, wo der Müll nachts mehrmals die Woche abgeholt wird, was bei Fenster offen natürlich zu hören ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. An der Hauptstraße gibt es zwei Bäckerein, die leckere Croissants und Baguettes haben. Ebenso essen gehen kann man gut an der Hauptstraße. Der Strand ist toller Sandstrand und für kleine Kinder super! Eine Woche Strandurlaub ist also gut möglich, wenn man keine Lust hat bei 33 Grad Ausflüge zu machen.

Parfait!!

Idéale pour une grande famille! Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans cette charmante maison calme, confortable, propre, parfaitement équipée et literies de très bonne qualité! J'ai particulièrement apprécié le coté pratique car les magasins et la mer sont à deux pas. Je le recommande sans hésiter!

Vacances sublimes

J'ai passé de superbe vacances dans une maison confortable et très bien équipée , au calme dans les pins , près d’une plage de sable sans danger pour les enfants et des commerces, on peut tout faire à pied ou en vélo.….. je recommande cette adresse pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances en famille tout en conservant son intimité. Nous y reviendrons comme déjà, quelques habitués.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans un emplacement idyllique. En effet, a deux pas de la mer, des activités et de la ville, c'est très pratique. Maison bien entretenue et bien aménagée . Très bien située entre plage et centre ville dans un quartier calme. Le terrain clos avec bac à sable est idéal pour les enfants. A recommander.
