About this property

Homes on the Park 2

The apartment is located in the quiet Migliarina neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the small and convenient train station (La Spezia-Migliarina), which offers direct service to the Cinque Terre, and from the bus stop. Available for both long- and short-term stays, my apartment offers comfort and relaxation to make your vacation unforgettable.
Located in a convenient yet quiet area near Maggiolina Park. A strategic location for exploring the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and the other wonders of the Ligurian coast.
La Spezia is situated in the heart of the historic “Gulf of Poets”—so named because, over the years, poets such as Byron and Shelley have stayed there to seek inspiration in the area’s spectacular landscapes. It’s a destination suitable for all types of travelers—families, beach lovers, and hikers—thanks to the numerous natural attractions in the surrounding area. Not to mention its proximity to the most famous picturesque seaside villages: Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici.

The Esselunga supermarket is just 150 meters away—very convenient.

The Mirame Mama bar-restaurant is 200 meters away and offers a 10% discount on the Italian or English breakfast.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
