Information on how to access the property was very clear and comprehensive. Location was excellent placed between train station and good shops and restaurants. Room was super clean and modern.

This property is no where near the beach which the photo would imply. Finding this property was challenging. It was in an area that parking (or even stopping) was impossible. Verifying that we were at the right place was difficult. There is no one on site, you must rely on someone on the phone and their cavalier attitude. Their English was very poor and I found them difficult to understand and there was a give a darn attitude. There ended up being available parking 400 meters away but we had to ask everyone we met on the street where to find some parking. Other wise the room was actually remodeled and clean. I think this whole listing was a scam as it starts with the feature photograph to suck you in. Despite being clean and modern I had to give it a terrible review for these reasons.

Great place, perfect location.

The hotel was very close to the central train station. Which is also easy access to go to Cinque Terre. Very easy to find and it’s steps away from the plaza where you walk and shop and eat or drink. The room was the deluxe so we had a big room for the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a memory foam, so it was very nice. Extra pillow was available which I really like air conditioning work perfectly. The only downside is the Internet. To get a very strong signal. You’d have to be in the lobby. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The overall stay better than I expected. Only problem was the door jam was damaged and we had trouble contacting the owner. The room was facing the Main Street with a small balcony great for coffee in the morning (needs one more chair) the room was clean the shower was great the bed was very comfortable with the window closed you can’t hear anything from the street would definitely book again

Exceptional

We stayed there for one night! The room is clean, spacious, modern, and well located ( just 5-6 min walk to the train station). We will definitely come back. The only downside is that no one has made contact with us beforehand and had to call them myself when I was at the front door, despite texting them a few hours ahead. So make sure you get all the information needed in advance.
