The accommodation has two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and crockery. Bathroom with large shower and hairdryer. Flat screen TV in every room. Free WIFI throughout the house. All rooms are air-conditioned. It is not possible to smoke inside the premises, outside smoking area in the balcony. Under the building, besides being the bus stop, it is possible to rent scooters, cars with the possibility of being accompanied to the airport or to live an experience aboard a Ferrari. La Spezia Migliarina station is a 10-minute walk away.
The mile district is close to its station, car and scooter rental, church, shopping center, terraces, restaurants, bars, wooded park with children's games, supermarkets, megacine, pizzerias, pharmacies , to shops of any kind and to the palasport where there is free parking and a free shuttle bus to the city center.
The towns and beaches of Lerici and Portovenere and the 5 terre can be reached by car or ferry on the waterfront in the city center.
