Villa located in a 6-unit residence in La Somone on the small coast 75 km from Dakar (7 km from Saly). 300 m from all shops, a grocery store is located 10 m away. 500 m from the market and village center and 700 m from the sea.
The villa has 2 apartments of 70 m² for 6 people each.
The apartments are fully equipped, air conditioned and ventilated. Each apartment has a living room with 2 sofa beds, with flat screen TV, American kitchen with fridge and freezer in the upper part, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, blender etc ... 2 bedrooms, with double beds and mosquito net safe, 2 shower rooms wc, with hair dryer, iron, shaded and ventilated terrace. At disposal, swimming pool with a small basin of 30 cm deep with overflow in the large basin of 5 x 8 m depth of 1. 55 m. boules, pergola, barbecue, Wi Fi. Possibility to rent air-conditioned cars on site (€ 20 per day + Gas Oil consumption). For more information do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or by email
