Belle Location avec Terrasse.
A coté de la belle plage des Sablettes ou l'on trouve tout à sa disposition, Cafés, Restaurants, Tabac, souvenirs.
Petit effort à faire sur le ménage.

Idéalement placé...à proximité de la plage et des restaurants
Une location agréable...mais il manque un barbecue électrique sur le balcon pour vivre pleinement 1 expérience "vacances". Et 1 petit coup de peinture serait un plus pour rafraîchir cet appartement qui offre beaucoup de qualités.

Agréable !
Appartement parfait avec électroménager au top. Bien situé à 3 mn de la plage des sablettes, à 2 mm de Leclerc à pied et toutes autres commodités à proximité . Par contre, le canapé lit n ´est pas très confortable . La climatisation est appréciable. Je recommande cet appartement.
