Fantastic property and wonderful location. The private location is very secure and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The owner was away but his son looked after us during our stay. Communication was good and we would recommend this property.

Well equipped modern villa with pool & views

Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich gut - ein sehr leckerer BĂ€cker in 5 min Fahrt- oder 15 min. Gehzeit, in einer Viertelstunde mit dem Auto in Cannes am Strand.Der Pool ist schön, allerdings gibt es nur eine Liege und einen festgelegten Zeitplan fĂŒr Mieter und Vermieter, der zwar FlexibilitĂ€t nach Absprache zulĂ€sst, aber vorab nicht so zu erwarten war, und uns dadurch doch gehemmt hat. Die Kommunikation mit StĂ©phane war unkompliziert und er hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Er hat uns auch proaktiv mit Veranstaltungstipps versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage an manchen Tagen ein Segen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Man wohnt im Erdgeschoss in einer separaten Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten (mit Griller und Trampolin). Toller Pool und sehr nette Vermieter.

Tolle Unterkunft im abgeschlossenen Areal in ruhiger Hanglage. Garten und großer schöner Pool zum relaxen. Stephane und Sandra sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Zentral gelegen fĂŒr viele AusflĂŒge. Merveilleux sĂ©jour dans la logement de Stephane et Sandra ! Nous Ă©tions 2 couples d’amis, la petite villa est super agrĂ©able et spacieuse ! Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. L'endroit est trĂšs calme et trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©. Un ilot de verdure. Le jardin est vraiment agrĂ©able et en Ă©tĂ© cela doit ĂȘtre un petit paradis. L'accueil et la communication est optimale.

Geweldige accommodatie; heerlijk verblijf.

We hebben een fantastische week beleefd in het appartement. Dit was van alle gemakken voorzien en we voelden ons er direct thuis. StĂ©phan was een goed gastheer. Het huis was mooi en praktisch ingericht en uitermate schoon. En het tevens heel centraal gelegen; je kunt alle kanten op. Wanneer we weer plannen hebben naar de Cote d’Azur af te reizen, dan denken we zeker hier weer terug te komen. Het was top !! StĂ©phan bedankt !! Groet van Mets en Titia, Popke en Nienke.

Magnifique

Le logement est superbe, trĂšs propre, fonctionnel, confortable et trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre ! SituĂ© dans une propriĂ©tĂ© rĂ©sidentielle, le calme y est vraiment apprĂ©ciable et reposant. La piscine est un vrai plus et nous ne nous lassons pas de la vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine entre amis en alternant farniente et visites des villes aux alentours qui sont facilement accessibles depuis le logement. Nous sommes tous d’accord pour rĂ©sumer ce sĂ©jour en un mot : magnifique !

Traumhaft schön

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Stephane und seiner Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist mitten in der Natur. Der Poolbereich ist wie im Bilderbuch und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen und man ist schnell in Grasse, St.Tropez, Nizza oder Cannes. Gerne kommen wir nochmal nach La Roquette zu Stephane.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Inserat. Die Ausstattung ist neu und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Liebevoll platzierte Deko vermitteln ein heimisches GefĂŒhl und es ist alles vorhanden was man wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts gebrauchen könnte. Trotz verspĂ€teter Anreise wurden wir von StĂ©phane herzlich empfangen und er hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklĂ€ren und hilfreiche Tipps zu gebe. StĂ©phane und seine Familie sind ĂŒberaus diskret, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und vor allem die Kinder haben die Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnung, wie den Pool und das Trampolin sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Trotzdem nur eine kurze Fahrt zu den StrĂ€nden in Cannes und Umgebung. Unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub an der CĂŽte d’Azure wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder bei StĂ©phane und seiner Familie verbringen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den tollen Empfang und die wundervolle Zeit!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt an der Cîte d‘Azur!

Wie durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung verbringen. Alles entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, mit Blick auf das grĂŒne Tal. Wenn man etwas Abwechslung möchte sind Cannes, Grasse und Nizza nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Zum wunderschönen Strand/ KĂŒste fĂ€hrt man nur ca 15 Minuten. StephanĂ© und Sandra waren sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir bekamen viele gute Anregungen fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Auch unsere beiden Kinder haben den Aufenthalt und vor allem den Pool sehr genossen. Das nĂ€chste mal wĂŒrden wir gerne lĂ€nger bleiben😄

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll, tiptop in Schuss und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr den Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Ortskern (ca 15 Minuten gemĂŒtlicher Spaziergang) sind ein leckerer BĂ€cker, eine Apotheke, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Mal in der Woche Markt. Am Ortsende (ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß sind tolle FeinkostlĂ€den (Metzger, Fisch, BĂ€ckerei/Konditorei, Obst und GemĂŒse, Wein). Man kann sich also auch gut ohne eigenes Auto versorgen. Die Lage ist mega am Ende eines Wohngebiets mit Blick auf ein grĂŒnes Tal, morgens wurden wir vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Auch Abends am Pool (kleine Sitzgruppe und LiegestĂŒhle) kann man wunderbar die Ruhe genießen. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit guten Tipps fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe, Restaurants und AusflĂŒge versorgt. Sie wohnen oben im Haus, sind sehr freundlich, super hilfsbereit und diskret. WLAN ist sehr gut, also auch geeignet fĂŒr Workation bzw. HomeOffice.
