The ac went out twice, the WiFi once. Avoid this this place on weekends when the Mexico City people arrive. Brutal. Staff is great and I sm sure the interruptions are still

Family friendly. Location on beach with easy access. Several excellent restaurants on property. Safe taxi service on ground to take to and pick up to points of interest. Gated property with guard.
