Quartier tranquille et emplacement idéal près du centre de la Rochelle et des voies de sorties.

Maison spacieuse notamment au niveau des chambres de belle taille avec des rangements. Hormis la douche et le four qui mériterait un bon nettoyage, la propreté était satisfaisante. Cependant l'annonce pourrait être plus précise sur les petits équipements (linge de lit, sèche cheveux (hors d'usage). Cette location est à recommander malgré ces petites remarques.

Excellent séjour

La maison est dans un quartier calme avec une cour verdoyante et tout ce qu'il faut pour manger dehors et faire un barbecue à l'ombre du parasol. La gare et l'aquarium sont à 10 minutes à pied ! Une boulangerie et une coop à 5 minutes et on a un garage à vélos et de quoi garer la voiture.
