PLEASANT SUNNY HOUSE WITH TERRACE AND GARDEN

Single floor of a comfortable house, tranquility and charm, overlooking a garden with trees and close to the center (10 min by foot) for 1 to 4 people (5 maximum).
Floor all in wood parquet, very well exposed, bright and sunny, composed:
- entrance / wardrobe and library
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160 cm + 1 with 2 beds of 80x190),
- living room with sofa bed (130x190), view of the terrace and the garden,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- bathroom including WC,
- access to the south-east facing terrace and garden.

Childcare: Possibility of adding a baby bed, barrier installed in front of the stairs to the washing machine access, small bathtub for babies or small children ...

Sheets and towels are rented (15 € / person)
Pets are not accepted
The stilettos either (because of the floor)

Comfortable house with everything you need. Great garden with outdoor eating. Just 10 mins cycle to the centre- dedicated cycle routes. Great location for a family stay. Boulangerie and small supermarket within walking distance.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer super Lage

Vom Check-In bis zur Abreise war alles einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Sonnenlicht fällt toll ins Haus und die Terrasse mit dem Garten ist ebenfalls großartig. Die Schildkröte im Garten war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Zu Fuß kam man problemlos in die Altstadt oder zum Aquarium. Parken war auch kein Problem am Haus.Super nette Vermieterin - sogar ein vergessenes Buch wurde uns nach Hause geschickt. Alles in einem wirklich 10/10. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons passé une très agrèable semaine dans cette jolie petite maison bien entretenue. Le quartier est calme, la terrasse très agréable, notamment le soir quand il fait très chaud car le soleil est de l'autre côté à ce moment-là. Notre fille a adoré le toboggan ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et les magasins ne sont pas loin (env 5 min en voiture). La propriétaire est très gentille et à disposition pour toute question ou souci. Nous recommandons cette maison, particulièrement pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

Sehr schönes Privatwohnhaus mit persönlichem Charakter

Das Angebot übertraf die beschriebenen Leistungen. Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass Frau Joussaume die meiste Zeit selbst im Haus wohnt, fehlt es an nichts und es ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage uns absolut diskret. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man mit Fahrrad unterwegs ist, sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, aber auch mit dem Auto unkompliziert. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt, insbesondere die alte Markthalle haben einen großen Charme.
