Hard to fault pleasant city location

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the accomodation clean and comfortable. We had 2 large dogs with us and they were also màde to feel at home with a charge of €5 per dog per night which we felt was fair. Carparking is available in a very secure covered carparking area at €1per hour or on street during the night for free if you wish. I chose to use the carpark for peace of mind as were travelling and had some expensive items and did wish to leave them in the car if unsupervised or take them into the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and places of interest within a short walk of the hotel including the old port

Very budget

I had not realised it was budget budget. The shower drenched the toilet, towels were like tea towels and there was dust on the bed frames. Price was good before I realised how budget it was. I would have expected to pay half what we did for what we got. Benefit though was that on site parking was free.

Good budget hotel near the old port

Clean no-frills budget hotel near the old port in La Rochelle. Near the train station and a short walk to the old port. The rooms are comfortable, but very basic. Great choice for a night passing through the area. The breakfast buffet is great value for money.

Hard to find with the sat nav. Clean basic hotel. Very close to town centre with free parking. Secure parking available at extra charge. No lift we were on second floor do not book if you cannot use stairs.

Our Hotel Stay

This hotel is in an excellent location. It was very clean and the shower was excellent. We walked everywhere so this was a perfect place for us. We walked from the Train Station in no time at all. Also the breakfast was great, and a very good price, liked the cereal too. Thank you for making our stay excellent, no problem at all,

Good base for budget travellers

The hotel was about a five minute walk from the main train station, so location was good. Room was simply furnished but clean, and staff were friendly at check-in. A good base for budget travellers, would stay again
