Apparemment agréable avec immense balcon ( attention c'est au rez-de-chaussée donc beaucoup de vis à vis). Il manque un barbecue c'est dommage. Le parking privé c'est super!!!!! Lorsqu'il fait très chaud , le parking est au sous-sol donc au frais. Dans la pièce principale , il y a un ventilateur au plafond!!!!!! C'est super agréable en temps de forte chaleur. Personnellement le plus grand hic c'est qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver !!!!!! pour les longs séjours c'est vraiment embêtant d'aller à la laverie qui est vraiment long.
Vue directe sur un lac dans un quartier calme et moderne. La piscine privée de l'immeuble est juste MAGNIFIQUE ! L'appartement est proche de carrefour city, d'un cinéma, d'un macdo, d'un burger King...
Je vous recommande cette l'occasion.
