In the city center, close to the old port, fully renovated, bright and beautifully decorated apartment of 80 sqm located on the ground floor of an old house. The housing which extends a terrace of 30 m², a garden of 120 m² private, consists of 5 rooms: kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob) ,), living room (TV by orange fiber internet, DVD player, telephone, wifi, stereo), bedroom 1 m 60 x 2 with bathroom, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 90 each), bathroom water with shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet.
You can enjoy a garden furniture on the terrace, chairs on the grass and barbecue. Secure covered parking at 250 m is at your disposal. If you come by train the train station is 600 m.
We offer sheets and towels for a supplement of
15 € / person and a cleaning fee of 50 €.

Beautiful old apartment in quiet street in the centre of town

I was easily able to sort out arrival by WhatsApp. We were able to arrive a bit earlier. The apartment is well organised with everything we wanted including things like ironing board. There were 6 of us and the pans and bowls were small for example nothing for a salad. We hired bikes from the station with ocean passes and we got wonderful food from the market, which closes at 1 pm. We cycled south, but the beaches are not great. The next day we went on prebooked ferry to ile de re and cycled to the beach near the lighthouse and it was beautiful. Kids loved the aquarium. We went on the boats at the maritime museum. Eating out old port was atmospheric and lovely. Enjoy

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de La ROCHELLE. Confortable pour 3 couples avec jardinet en Rez de jardin. Quartier très calme et nuits réparatrices sans trouble. My Rochelle qui assure l’accueil des gens a été très efficace et agréable, merci à eux. ( nous n’avons pas retenu le prénom de notre hôtesse et nous en excusons ) Voilà ce qui avec le parking accessible facilement, pourrait constituer un très bon plan pour un week-end dans cette ville très intéressante.

Appartement chaleureux et calme, avec jardin et garage tout proche. Emplacement idéal. A proximité du vieux port, des commerces et des restaurants.
