Emplacement face au port au top ! Au calme mais
Dommage pour la place de parking inexistante, (pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans lâannonce). DifficultĂ©s Ă se garer aux alentours⊠attention !
manque un sĂšche cheveux, les piles dans la tĂ©lĂ©commande(remplacĂ©es du coup), et un peu plus de propretĂ©. J ai sorti les plaintes de la cuisine( au niveau des plaques de cuisson) pour Ă©radiquer une odeur rĂ©calcitrante de vomi sur le contreplaquĂ©, avec beaucoup dâhuile de coude et de javel. Le carrelage ne longeant pas les plaintes, un bout de lino ferait lâaffaire pour plus dâhygiĂšne pour les futurs arrivants, ça coĂ»te pas grand chose et et faciliterait la tĂąche aux femmes de mĂ©nage !
Le séchoir à linge est à remplacer car rouillé.
Tout le reste Ă©tait super, lâappart est grand, agrĂ©able et au calme !

Un peu plus de rigueur dans lâentretien de lâappartement serait souhaitable (couverts un peu vieux, aspirateur Ă nettoyer, baie vitrĂ©e Ă remplacer, pousseurs des robinets Ă changer...)
