Logement correct

La location était correct , le logement était conforme au photo , agréablement surprise par la grande chambre avec grand rangement et la grande terasse! Cependant la propreté et l’état du logement laisse à désirer... c’est le service minimum : bcp de poussière sur les étagères , les placards à vaisselle sales , objets poussiéreux, toile d’araignée ... Nous avons dû signaler auprès de l’agence quelques problème( barre de douche qui ne tient pas , lumière qui ne fonctionne pas ) mais logement était tout à fait correct dans l ensemble et agence local réactive. Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre de La Rochelle mais reste très sommaire. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour sur La Rochelle.

Presque parfait.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Bonne literie, grand balcon bien meublé, parking souterrain pratique. Toutefois certains équipements laissent voir leur âge : portes de placard qui coincent, cabine de douche qui ne ferme plus vraiment, pression et évacuation d'eau dans la douche, plusieurs ampoules à remplacer. Des détails faciles à corriger. Sinon bon accueil et consignes claires de Foncia sur place.
