Gite with independent access located on the ground floor comprising a living room-kitchen lounge area (television with free Molotov / Disney / Netflix apps), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom water (shower), separate WC with washbasin. Private terrace. Private parking in the fenced property. Possibility to store bicycles in the shed in common with the owner. Former personal workshop of the owner's grandfather, converted into 2 adjoining gites, attached to the owners' main house. Residential area on the heights of Chambéry (line 4 of the Chambéry urban network stop 100 m away). Gite pleasantly arranged and equipped, in a contemporary spirit. Terrace with table and deck chairs, west facing.

Un merveilleux séjour
L'accueil a été merveilleux le gite est cosy et propre. Les propriétaires sont au petits soins et nous avons trouver à notre arrivé le nécessaire pour le séjour ainsi que quelques petits chocolats.Le matin les chants d'oiseaux sont enchanteurs et vous promettent un réveil en douceur.Christophe et Myriam
