Not only does the home have a pool and spa area, but there is an additional wrap around courtyard area to enjoy a nice meal outside! Free heated pool and spa included in your stay!

The home features an open floor plan, high ceilings, large windows, and French doors leading out to the patio from the kitchen. The master bedroom offers an attached bathroom and also has French doors leading out to the sparkling saltwater pool and spa. Salt water pools are easy on your skin, hair, and eyes. You will love it and never go back to a chlorine pool! Ours contains approximately 300% less chlorine, as opposed to regular chlorine pools. The private, enclosed pool and spa area is perfect for a family pool day or a romantic getaway, complete with mountain views. There are no nearby two story homes overlooking the yard, giving you lots of privacy!

The kitchen is fully stocked and also includes a regular coffee maker.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as the living room for your ultimate comfort.

Note: Fireplace is non-operational.

The property has noise monitors inside and outside that will alert the property manager who will then notify the guest- we’re doing all we can to respect our neighbors. Exterior cameras are located by the garage and by the front door for guest safety

PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL AND SPA UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL AND SPA USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
