JUST REMODELED! Retreat to the desert and stay in the most desirable Resort-Like community in La Quinta: PGA West. This two-story townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and multiple heated pools&spas within the community. Indulge in lake&mountain views outside your balcony. Relax with TVs in every room, BBQ, full kitchen, and comfy couch in the living room.

You will be located within a short drive to Old Town La Quinta, restaurants, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking, and festivals.

This gorgeous townhouse features 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with a dedicated workspace making it easy to work remotely. There is Spectrum cable TV provided for sports and live TV. Feel free to sign into any of your apps to watch your favorite movies or shows.

Walk up the stairs to The main living area which is bright and welcoming with a couch and chairs to relax. The private balcony holds an outdoor dining table, outdoor couch, and a gas BBQ grill.

Our fully stocked kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and refrigerator and freezer. Our dining table seats 6 and there is an additional side table which seats 4.

All 3 bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs to enjoy your favorite movie or shows. The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).

You will also have use of the private garage, 50+ heated swimming pools and spas within the community, and golf if desired (paid separately).

We are a pet friendly property and can allow up to 2 dogs for $100/pet.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
