Newly remodeled condo on the 12th fairway of the PGA West Stadium course with stunning fairway and mountain views. No detail has been missed on this remodel. You will love the attention to detail of all the new upgrades! This condo offers 1,900 sq. ft. with 3BR/3BA a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and an open concept kitchen. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath and a private courtyard patio. The second bedroom has its own en-suite bath for guests. The 3rd bedroom has a new shower and bath just outside its door. The third bath has an inside laundry room with storage. There is a two-car detached garage. With a sparkling community pool six houses away, you and your guests can enjoy living the desert life!
Pets may be considered. Submit breed and weight for approval. The non-refundable pet fee is $100 per pet plus applicable tax-dogs only.
For booking 2 months or more, renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.
On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.
Max of 3 cars. No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans, or similar models are not allowed The minimum age for a responsible renter is 25 This home has a 31-night minimum, therefore, there is no short-term rental permit.
Be mindful of 20 mph speed limit. Speed citations enforced by HOA with fees that will be issued to the renter.
Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
