This wonderfully constructed home is centrally located close to the private entry and clubhouse in the gorgeous Spanish Bay Development of PGA West. A completely detached 3350 square foot residence located on the 18th hole of The Nicklaus Tournament Course. From the moment you walk through the gate and view the well-appointed courtyard and lighted fountain you will agree this is THE place to entertain and relax. While we are sure you will want to golf and/or enjoy La Quinta and the surrounding area, after seeing the home, we suspect you will choose to spend some time in the home and enjoy your own private pebble-tec salt wated pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the backyard. Inside this beautiful home please take a moment to admire the work of the private client designer who put great effort into creating a living space that which is an experience unto itself. As you enter the home you will instantly be drawn to the polished wood flooring and the vast amount of light and space which seemingly incorporates the 18th hole of the Nicklaus course.
