PROPERTY WAS FINE, CLEANING STAFF DID NOT RESTOCK ITEMS, MANAGEMENT WAS SLOW TO RESPOND AND POOL KEY WAS MISSING. IT TOOK TWO AND HALF DAYS TO REPLACE KEY. ANSWER FROM MANAGEMENT WAS TO WAIT TILL SOMEONE ELSE USED POOL!! I THINK THEY COULD DO BETTER.WHEN ASKED ABOUT A REBATE FOR MISSING KEY, NO RESPONSE. I THINK OWNER SHOULD ALSO ASK ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT INVOLVEMENT AS THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH THE SHOWER CURTAIN THAT IS ALLOWING WATER TO LEAK ONTO THE NEWLY LAYED FLOORING.

Owner canceled my reservation night prior

I received an email the night prior to my arrival at 9:25 pm that my host canceled my reservation. The weekend was sold out with several tournaments occurring in La Quinta. I was panicked had to stay far from the horse show.The worst part of this experience was the lack of communication from my host. He never responded to me as to why he canceled.This is my first bad experience with vrbo in over 15 years
