Plus, this is the perfect place to call home base for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and world-famous musical festivals like Stagecoach and Coachella or the upcoming Kelly Slater Wave Pool. - Smoking allowed outside only - Small dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $200 per stay **No Outdoor music, no exceptions!** La Quinta has STRICT guidelines for outdoor music that MUST be adhered to, the fines are extremely high (north of $5000 per incident) and you will be responsible for the fine. - POOL HEATING - For a 60-day rental we offer options, such as $450 for 7 days other options are available. We do not heat the pool in the summer months, June, July and August. If you would like the pool heated outside of those months the charge is $75/day.
