Absolutely phenomenal property and experience. Communication was top notch, the property was exactly as stated, we loved the pool/spa and La Quinta has everything you could possibly need. Cannot recommend this rental company and property enough if you’re in the PS area.

There were only 4 adult size forks in the house. Please, have more forks. No 12 inch frying pan. That would be nice!But, the worst part was the doberman next door barked constantly until midnight. We were warned about the noise ordinance that was in place but someone needs to tell the neighbor about it. It was so bad, we had to go out and buy earplugs. Hot tub was nice. The master bed was very comfortable

House was nicely appointed and well kept. The owners provided a welcome basket with snacks and some cold drinks/water in the fridge as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners (lunches were at the lacrosse tournament.) There were some fun games to play inside and in the yard (cornhole, plinko, etc.). Pool is small but more than enough for our two kids to splash and float around in, and the jacuzzi fit us four of us comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect La Quinta Getaway!

The house was perfect for weekend for our family and friends! We were in town for Stagecoach and the house was close to a shuttle pick up location. The kids loved swimming in the pool and we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. The house was very clean, check in was very easy, and the property manager has great communication! Highly recommend!

Location & amenities

Walked downtown to yoga and up the Cove Trails. Loved the kitchen. I cooked most meals. Great space in general. Relaxing hot tub and nice, small pool. Very comfortable. Resposive management.

Nice place.

No complaints. Excellent decor, linens, towels. We liked the East-facing front yard - the pool was shaded by the house from the intense afternoon sun (we were there in July - 118°). The TV has Apple TV and Amazon Firestick - but zero written instructions on how to use either one (we figured it out). Renters should be aware the house is on a busy street and there’s a fair amount of road noise around the pool (it’s masked adequately by the spa fountain but when the spa times out at 5pm, it can be quite annoying). The supply of kitchen utensils is meager. If you’re a foodie, consider bringing your own chef’s knives - those provided might cut through butter if you warmed them up 😏. The AC worked well and the dual shower-head in the primary was a nice touch. Note: there is zero closet space in the primary, although they do provide a portable standup clothing rack.
