Two bedrooms are located inside of the main home with one bedroom located in the detached Casita. The master bedroom consists of a King bed and large en suite bathroom with walk in shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds as well as another en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully upgraded with state of the art appliances and is stocked with all cooking essentials and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and air fryer. Enjoy the views from the large sectional sofa in the living room or from the expansive private patio. The courtyard separates the main home from the casita and has another functional outdoor living space and outdoor BBQ. The private detached casita has a queen bed and additional full bathroom, perfect for guests!
Please note that there are two exterior security cameras overlooking the back patio and interior courtyard that will be covered up and non-operable during guest stays.

This house is minimal in some essentials
Compared to other houses in the neighborhood, this place is way too expensive for what you get. They have no dining table that will accommodate more than 4 people. While clean, the construction is from the 80’s as well as the bedding and drapes in the master. Outdoor cushions were stained, not in good ways. Try the places a few doors down. The location with views of the mountains and golf course are great. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner were inferior.

LaQuinta Villa with exceptional view of golf course and mountains
Perfect location on golf course with stunning views of the 18th hole and mountains. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the morning and after golf while taking in the spectacular view. The villa was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The sleeping accommodations were comfy and spacious with each having access to their own clean well stocked bathroom. The description of the property online was accurate, and the booking process was simple with timely communication for the checkin and checkout process. I would not hesitate to rent here again, we had a great experience.

Very nice unit on the 18th fairway. Great location and views. Very comfortable. Property manager was great, accommodating our request for an early check in. Thank you for the extra effort. Would definitely stay there again.
