Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in this 4-bedroom plus game room. Entertainers paradise with private pool and spa! Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood in La Quinta, minutes from shopping centers.
La Quinta has become a destination to visit for the PGA Tour’s Desert Classic during January, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament nearby in Indian Wells during March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals nearby Indio during April.
-4-bedrooms and 3-full bathrooms are located on the first floor.

-On the second-floor loft sits a pool table, 70” smart TV and a pull-out sofa with amazing mountain views.
-The living area features large conformable sectional, coffee table and 70" smart TV. Aside the living space enjoy the lounge space with glass of wine!
-The dining area sits just off the kitchen and has a table with seating for six.
-The heart of the house, the kitchen provides an eight-foot-long island with four barstools providing additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glasses to provide our guest the ability to prepare gourmet meals during their stay. The appliances include gas range, 30” inch sink, built-in microwave, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer.
-Guest can access the private back yard from both the dinning room and master bedroom. The outdoors provides cover patio dining table, lounge seating sofas and propane grill. Enjoy the saltwater pool (heating fees apply) and hot tub while relaxing in the desert.

Garden Paradise
Wonderful, newly remodelled and furnished home. Very spacious, open and great for families and friends. Large inside and outside dining tables with many chairs, comfortable living and sitting room furniture and most importantly the beds were great. Very large kitchen with new appliances and island. Loved the lush and private backyard. Grandchildren spent most of their time in the pool. It was the spa for me. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is central to almost everything in the Coachella Valley. Our host was friendly, helpful and very responsive to any inquiries. Happy to recommend this home to all.
