A beautiful and comfortable three bedroom and three bath home on the famous PGA West Golf Course. The home has incredible views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Roomy and just under 2,000 square feet. The community has multiple pools and jacuzzi with a very short distance. In close proximity to the Polo Grounds, Entertainment Centers and Casinos
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with WiFi. Inspection needed

This property was probably very nice when new however it was lacking maintenance. Doors and windows were in need of replacement, screens torn, tracks filled with grit and dirt. Windows very dirty. Plantation shutters in every room had months of accumulated dirt and floors required two moppings. Closets and cupboards were stuffed with random personal items, woven outdoor furniture was sun bleached and falling apart. Owner did not make garage available for parking. This property should have been inspected by VRBO for a quality assessment.I had to hire a cleaning service to make this place acceptable for our 30 day stay.
