Darling La Quinta home for lease! Move in ready for November 1. Recently refreshed and new to the rental market! Outdoor is currently being refreshed and will be done this week! All new patio lounge and outdoor dining furniture to be installed. Memory foam mattress in each bedroom with high end sheets and duvets, High end towels! Very clean and comfortable place to come home too! Home will be better than these photos by move in! This home is located in Laguna De La Paz which is a 24 hour guard gated community featuring a 5 acre lake with stunning Mountain View's of the Santa Rosas. There are walking paths around the lake and through out the community! The community also offers 15 pools and 16 spas with paddle boats, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubhouse and a fitness center! This home has an enclosed yard/patio and a green belt just out the back gate of the yard. There are two mature citrus trees in the yard providing fresh lemons and grapefruit. Just steps away is a community pool and spa with sweet Mountain View's. Sit on the patio, living room or your bedroom and look out at some fantastic Mountain View's! New AC and Heat system!
