Located in the residence Avrières Bas in Montchavin, at 150m from slopes and resort center. Close to the Montchavin gondola lift. 55m2 apartment for 8 people on the second floor.

This apartment on the second floor near the slopes consists of an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge), a bathroom with a bathtub renovated in 2023 and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
In the lounge area you have two single beds with a sliding partition which allows you to create a closed sleeping area.
Upstairs you have a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet renovated in 2023.

For your comfort you have a flat screen TV.

Ski locker at your disposal. Depending on snow conditions, it might be possible to come back to the residence by ski.

Bonnes vacances à Montchavin!

Nous étions 6 amis et nous vous recommandons cet appartement en duplex. 2 chambres à l'étage (1 de 2 personnes et 1 grande chambre de 4 personnes avec 1 grand lit et 2 lits simples). Dans l'ensemble appartement très bien (manque quelques petites choses dans la cuisineaccesoires de literie, couettes et couvertures plus récentes) 2 salles de bains très propres refaites à neuf, 1 balcon. Nous y sommes allés pour skier. Le telecabine de montchavin était situé à environ 200m de l'appartement. Malheureusment avec le manque d'enneigement de cet hiver il n'y avait pas du tout de neige à Montchavin mais nous pouvions facilement rejoindre le domaine skiable en empruntant telecabine de Montchavin puis télécabine lac noir (au niveau des coches).
