Private sheltered terrace. Private courtyard + land. Ski Montalbert / La Plagne 9km, Bourg St Maurice / Les Arcs funicular 11km. Developed lake + leisure center 2km. Beautiful contemporary style house located 9km from the slopes. Quiet residential area at the top of the village. Good comfort. Spacious. Warm mountain character. Double balcony. Large sheltered terrace on the 1st floor. Superb landscaped and flowery outdoor space (swing). Pleasant view of the mountain and the valley.
