Spend an exceptional holiday in our family chalet "ski in/ski out" that can accommodate up to 12 people (+1 baby bed) in La Plagne Soleil in the heart of Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in Europe (425km of slopes)! Ideally facing due south, on the slopes at an altitude of 2050 metres, enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains with guaranteed snow!
“Chalet No. 5” stands on 2 levels and can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for 2 large families.
On the ground floor, the chalet opens onto a large and pleasant living room (underfloor heating!) which consists of a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob and extractor hood, plenty of storage space, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fondue, raclette, fondue set, etc.) A large table (with extensions, chairs and stools) promises great family meals! The living room is very pleasant with its stone fireplace. Books, board games, television and blankets available for a very cozy après-ski! A spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet is located on the ground floor. Finally, the ski room on the ground floor (also directly accessible from outside the chalet) allows you to store all your ski equipment, with boot warmers (12 pairs), glove warmers (6 pairs), 12 small individual lockers, numerous coat hooks, 17 helmet and hat holders, shelves, etc. An outdoor ski locker allows you to store all adult and children's skis + poles (12 pairs). The ski room also has a laundry area with a washer-dryer, freezer, tancarville, ironing board and iron.
The south-facing living room opens onto a terrace which will allow you to enjoy the rays of the sun and the beautiful light of the high mountains. Table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue will allow you to make the most of the terrace and the small garden in winter and summer.
The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area, with a corridor leading to the following rooms: - Bathroom with sink and shower (hair dryer) - Separate WC - Bedroom 1 → 3 pers (1 single bed + 1 bunk bed) - Bedroom 2 → 3 pers (1 bunk bed with pull-out bed) - Room 3 → 2 pers (1 double bed + balcony) - Room 4 → 2 pers (1 double bed + television) - Bedroom 5 → 2 pers (bunk bed in "mountain corner") + 1 baby bed available All bedrooms have storage space for clothes (drawers under the beds or wardrobes). Chalet No. 5 is a "family" chalet that we have equipped as best as possible to spend a comfortable and relaxing family holiday: equipped kitchen (see description above), with cutlery/dishes/bibs for children, bottle dryer, bottle brush, high chair, booster seats, changing mat with cover, Baby Bjorn travel cot, potty, baby bathrobe, non-slip mat for the bathtub. Some games, children's books and sleds are also available! The rental also includes: - unlimited wifi access - bathroom linen (bath sheets, bath towels, washcloths, bath mats) - ironed bed linen - tablecloth and tea towels - toilet paper upon arrival - coffee capsules on arrival - wood for the fireplace optional (let us know if you want to use it and in this case, the concierge will give you the safety instructions that must be followed) - end-of-stay cleaning (however, we ask that you leave the premises in a proper state of cleanliness and empty and take out all the rubbish from the chalet; the containers are located 20 metres from the chalet)
ACCESS TO THE CHALET By car: You can drop off your luggage by parking at the entrance to the "Chalets des Alpages" (10 meters from the entrance to Chalet N°5, no stairs), then park in the free public car park 100 meters away, just below the chalet. A covered paid car park is located 300 meters from the chalet. By public transport: Train to Aime la Plagne station (direct from Paris) SNCF bus connection with a stop 50 meters from the chalet Contact details for large taxis on request to make the journey from the station to the chalet if necessary On skis: With direct access to the ski area via the blue slope "le Dou du Praz" (passage located just in front of the chalet) you can leave the chalet and return on skis without wasting time and thus enjoy great days of skiing. The "Bergerie" chairlift will allow you to connect La Plagne Centre and the entire area very quickly. SERVICES & BUSINESS: "Chalet N°5" is close to all amenities and offers direct access (road, no need to take the stairs) to the central square of La Plagne Soleil, an entirely pedestrian area around which the following shops and services are concentrated: - The "ESF" ski school, hence the ideal location of Chalet N°5 for families, with a bird's eye view of the "Piou Piou" area from the balcony! - Ski rental companies - Information point with sale of packages - Restaurants, pizzerias, bars - SPAR supermarket with newsagent and fresh bread depot - Grocery store selling regional products
