The top-floor penthouse can be rented as a private 1-bedroom, while the lower level, with its three bedrooms, offers flexible options for larger groups. The vibrant city of La Paz is just a short drive away, offering historical charm, excellent dining, and shopping. Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Extra person fees apply after the 8th guest.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
