Home was exactly how ot looked. Bery clean and every amenenity worked amd was provoded as mentioned on site. When i emailed the host with a question, they replied immediately. Highly recommending this home and i will be stauing there again for our next trip.

This property is an absolute gem. 15-20 minutes from La Paz. Clean, comfortable, everything very much as pictured. Pool is absolutely lovely. Google maps will get you there no problem. You can pick up water etc at the oxo at the end of the street and there’s a good Italian restaurant and a nice café at the end of the street as well. Tiki Todd’s is another nice restaurant walkable down the beach, about eight minutes.A couple of things that would’ve been helpful to know so sharing with others:One bedroom has a king size bed – that is the one bedroom that does not have an ensuite bathroom. It’s on the main floor, the bathroom is directly adjacent.The other bedroom on the main floor is the queen room with the shower and sinks in the room, with the toilet room ensuite. The third bedroom is the only one upstairs; queen with a nice ensuite bathroom, very private, has the balcony overlooking the water. There is no drinking water provided at the house. Messaging with the hosts, they kept saying there was “a jug”, but there was not. No big deal as it’s fine to have to pick up your own water, but a house this large and nice, in my opinion should have a Culligan dispenser so that you’re not going through so many plastic jugs.Most places where I stay for over seven nights provide a change of towels halfway through the week, but this property would not without paying a cleaning fee, a bit disappointing. We loved our stay and would absolutely return to this gem!

Our overall stay was pleasant, the house and layout were great and the pool enjoyable. "Shops" in this area are pretty much nonexistent but there were several really good restaurants nearby. The road in and out of the property is not a fun experience and after a long trip getting there, it would have been nice to enter a comfortable space with the AC already on. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience overall.

Great house on the Beach

we stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Very clean, well furnished, nice pool, great communication with owner, no issues. Two restaurants and store within walking distance. Highly recommend

Great stay at La Paz house

Nice house in a convenient location. Know that there is a traffic calming barrier along the busy road that makes it a challenge to get to the house without knowing before hand. Food, local markets and convenience stores within walking distance albeit along a busy road. A busy street food stand run by a small family makes excellent papas and carne. The house is a short drive to larger grocery stores, Malecon, sand dunes and other tourist type things. The only negative thing for me is that the water out front on the beach is not usable. The beach is great for walks either direction but the mud along the shore sinks knee deep and goes out for too far to access the water but I guess that's why there's a pool. Also, there is no oven so plan accordingly.

La Paz

Location was excellent. House was amazing.Italian restaurant at the end of the lane within walking distance is a must. Also try Tiki Todd’sat the end of the beach. The beach is not really good for swimming as it is very shallow, but picturesque and relaxing and there is a pool on the property.

La Paz Paradise

Property was lovely and exceeded expectations. Very clean and updated. Property manager was prompt in replying. One block up was a market that had everything we wanted. Only 10 minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming in our private pool!! Wanted to stay much longer!!

Family vacation

There were 5 people in our party. We arrived and were able to enter the property with no problems. We had a little issue when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. The listing showed 3 king beds and it ended up being one king and 2 queens. The property manager/owner was very quick with getting back to me on this issue and was very nice and made things right for us. We loved being in front of the ocean with our own private pool. The house was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed our stay. Even though we had a couple issues, they were quickly resolved and I would still give 5 stars. Thank you to the property manager/owner for letting us stay here and being so helpful and accommodating.
