We had such a lovely stay at Nuaku! The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a beautiful, lush jungle, surrounded by wildlife, greenery, and all the wonderful sounds of nature. The property felt very peaceful, clean, and safe, and throughout our stay we genuinely felt at home. The staff made our experience especially memorable. Francisco, the manager, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. He was always willing to help and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciated him! Melania was also so lovely and kind, helping us with our laundry and offering advice whenever we needed it. Breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed having it surrounded by the jungle. The pool and property were beautiful and added to the peaceful atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is that you are truly staying in the middle of the Costa Rican jungle, so you will encounter insects! We saw tiny ants, praying mantises, leaf bugs, and plenty of other little jungle visitors. We personally found it to be part of the experience, but if you are very uncomfortable around insects, it is something to be prepared for. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful for the hospitality we received. Nuaku felt like our little home in the jungle for a few days, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay surrounded by Costa Rica’s beautiful nature. Thank you, Francisco, Melania, and the entire Nuaku team! ❤️
