This host has taken money from the guests and next day told them there is no availability. She now has kept the full deposit and continues to doge Vrbo customer support request to release the refund. Three weeks have passed and she has kept silent and lied to Vrbo. She will be reported to the Spanish Authorities in the course.

We had a delightful stay at Finca Robles. The apartment is charming with a wonderful view of the sea and all the home comforts you would need for a holiday. Well connected to Tenerife’s excellent bus network and just a short bus ride into Puerto de la Cruz. Highly recommended.

Bien mais quelques bémols

Le lieu et l'emplacement sont tops ! Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour :) Toutefois, quelques bémols : - Le GPS ne connaît pas l'adresse du lieu, nous avons mis pas mal de temps à trouver l'emplacement. Il serait peut être pas mal de préciser sur le descriptif l'emplacement - Nous avons eu droit aux ouvriers paysagistes au pied de notre location tous les matins, en dessous de notre fenêtre de chambre... ce qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises et qui ne nous mettait pas à l'aise pour profiter du petit déjeuner en terrasse - Il était indiqué "piscine privée" or cette dernière n'était pas nettoyée - A la fin de notre séjour, la propriétaire nous a fait passer un mot par les voisins pour nous demander de quitter les lieux 1h avant la fin du séjour... -Problème d'eau chaude sous la douche les soirs

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben auf der Finca eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist total nett, das AP supersauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Und die zwei Fellnasen Ana und Canelo haben "bestens auf uns aufgepasst". Fazit: wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Bis bald! Conny und Frank

Schönes Appartement in der Nähe von Puerto de la Cruz

Wir (Paar) haben eine Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, auch wenn wir nur gefrühstückt und nicht selber gekocht haben. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Puerto de la Cruz oder auf der Autobahn, so dass sich ganz Teneriffa hervorragend erschließen lässt. Die Finca liegt in einer Avocado-Plantage, die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und hilfreich, so dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Eine rundum gute Urlaubserfahrung.

Perfekter Erholungsort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich genossen. Die kleine Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer wurde schnell zum erweiterten Wohnzimmer. Erwähnenswert sind auch die Sonnenterrasse und der Pool, die wir beide sehr genossen haben. Elisabeth war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die wir in jeder Situation um Rat und Tipps bitten und bei der wir uns schnell zuhause fühlen konnten. Es war auch gut ohne Auto auszuhalten. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wenn man den Bogen erstmal raus hat, funktioniert der Transport entspannt und reibungslos. Nach Puerto de la Cruz zum Einkaufen und zum botanischen Garten kann man auch zu Fuss gehen, wobei der Weg nicht so schön ist, weil er teilweise direkt an der Schnellstrasse entlang führt. Wir sind aber dennoch öfter auch gelaufen. Für uns war der Urlaub perfekt, ein bisschen haben wir auch gearbeitet (online), und die ruhige Lage, dennoch in Reichweite von Puerto de la Cruz, war genau, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein toller Action-Tipp ist die geführte E-Moutain-Bike-Tour vom Teide herab. Die war eins unserer Urlaubs-Highlights. Die Flyer dazu lagen in der Wohnung aus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect appartement op een zeer goede locatie in met zeezicht en zwembad!

Het verblijf in 'Finca Robles' is ons uitstekend bevallen en we raden het dan ook ten zeerste aan. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar rust en comfort, maar ook wat wil ondernemen op Tenerife. Het appartement (Apt 2.) is een deel van een ruime villa met een veranda aan de voorkant met uitzicht op zee. Het appartement is zeer schoon, en verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is groot genoeg voor twee personen, ook omdat er van de tuin gebruik gemaakt mag worden. Deze tuin is prachtig en is voorzien van een ruim zwembad waarin heerlijk gezwommen kan worden. De locatie is zeer goed - paar minuten met de auto naar Puerto de la Cruz, waar restaurants en meerdere supermarkten zijn. ~10 minuten naar een heel mooi strand. ~10 minuten rijden naar het mooie stadje La Oratava. ~ 1 uur rijden naar de top van de Teide. ~1 uur naar vliegveld zuid. Alles binnen handbereik dus. De eigenares is uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze neemt altijd tijd om je te helpen en leent allerlei handige vakantiebenodigdheden graag uit. Alles is zeer schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Kortom, een pareltje aan de Noordkant van Tenerife: doen!

Über den Erwartungen

Wir, 63 und 65 Jahre alt haben in der Zeit vom 30.04.2017 bis 21.05.2017 eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Finka verbracht. Wir fanden eine Ferienwohnung vor, in der es an Nichts fehlte. Perfektion bis ins Detail ist die Devise der deutschen Vermieterin. Elisabeth, die uns das Gefühl gab, zu Hause angekommen zu sein, hat uns schon vor der Ankunft per E-Mail manch einen guten Tipp gegeben. Und als wir (im Übrigen später als erwartet) ankamen, stand für uns eine Auswahl an Obst, Avocados und frischen Eiern bereit. Neben der super gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung stand uns ein Pool, ein Carport und Gemeinschafts-Sonnendeck mit Sonnenschutz zur Verfügung. Außerdem durften wir uns mit frischen Hühnereiern aus dem Stall und Salat vom Hochbeet kostenlos selbst versorgen. Das Landhaus der Finka bietet eine Wohnung für die Vermieterin und zwei vollausgestattete Ferienwohnungen. Eine mit Meerblick, die andere mit Garten- und Bergblick. Die ca. ein ha große Finka bietet für die Gäste in erster Linie Ruhe, trotzdem nicht weit von der Autobahn, La Orotava und Puerto de la Cruz. Beide Orte sind ca. fünf Autominuten entfernt. Was die Auswahl der Unterkunft angeht, war das aus der Sicht meiner Frau und mir ein Glücksgriff. Wir sind uns sicher, wer Ruhe und Abstand zum Touristengewusel sucht, hat mit der Finka einen außergewöhnlich schönen Ort, der eine grandiose Rundumsicht bietet. Das einzige, was unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprach, war das Wetter. Zum einen hat es an drei Tagen geregnet, die Wetterstatistiken weisen lediglich einen Regentag im Mai aus. Zum anderen war es in Puerto de la Cruz 5 Grad C wärmer. Im Sommer ist das bestimmt von Vorteil. Wenn es aber morgens zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 09:00 Uhr noch merklich unter 20 Grad Celsius ist, mögen wir nicht so gern auf der Terrasse frühstücken.
