Holiday Cottage Franymar:
This brand new house of 90 m2 with swimming pool has two bedrooms, one of them a comfortable suite. All the space has been carefully designed to make the guest feel at home.



It has also a huge kitchen/living room with views to the terrace and the large master bath with a beautiful and spacious shower.







This holiday Cottage is located in the village of Lajares within the municipality of La Oliva, Fuerteventura.



The municipality of La Oliva occupies the entire northern area of the island, including among its wonders, one of the most important Protected Areas of Fuerteventura: Natural Monument of Malpaís de Arena, a volcanic zone formed by a volcano and a lava sea (malpaís) around it.



Lajares is a small and quiet village of no more than 500 inhabitants, with authentic windmills and surrounded by fields separated by rock walls.



Lajares is also famous for its handicrafts, for its exquisite lace and handmade fine embroidery.



It is an ideal place to relax with all the commodities of the villa and to get to know the most traditional Canaries with extensive plains and desert landscapes characterizing the beautiful island.







From the village of Lajares, there are two bike paths to allow enjoying some authentic excursions on bicycle without any danger.



You can go by foot from the house to the village where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a children’s playground.



Only 10min away by car, there is El Cotillo where you will be able to lose yourself in the deserted beaches and where you can do water activities such a surfing or underwater fishing.

La villa Franymar está genial: Limpieza, espacio, comodidad, todo muy nuevo. No falta detalle, con lavadora, secadora, botiquín, costurero...etc. Las camas muy cómodas, la cocina con todo lo necesario y más (incluido lavavajillas). Hasta pusieron un frutero con fruta fresca, todo un detalle!!!!!! La Terraza muy cómoda y grande, con piscina, aseo y ducha exterior, hay hasta barbacoa. Los dueños son encantadores, se nota el cariño con que han hecho la casa. En definitiva, cien por cien recomendable. Nos ha gustado muchísimo, volveremos....s

eine schöne, neue villa, die top augestattet ist und viel platz vor allem im aussenberrich bietet. blitzsauber beim bezug, mehr als genügend bade-und handtücher, ein sehr praktischer waschraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden. villa ist sehr geeignet für eine familie (der pool ist nicht besonders gross aber total ausreichend für die kinder) und bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. die beiden toiletten sind durch eine wand abgetrennt, die zuoberst nicht durchgehend ist (der raum ist sehr hoch, d.h. man kann sich zwar nicht sehen aber hören) für zwei paare vielleicht nicht ganz ideals
