Really great location, right next to the beach but 10 minutes walk along the stunning coast to the old centre of the town. A comfortable relaxing space with patio that gets the sun from mid morning. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi right outside the apartment. The apartment is well equipped.Boris was welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to returning next year!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und toller Gastgeber

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung an toller Lage. Die Anlage hat direkten Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand von El Cotillo. Vielen Dank an Boris! Er ist ein super Gastgeber, der uns gut betreut hat und sehr hilfreich und hilfsbereit war! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous quiet location and well equipped comfortable apartment..... pool well maintained .... the property manager Boris was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that there was no housekeeping at all in the apartment for the duration of our stay

Super Urlaub!

Unser Familienurlaub in Boris Wohnung war super! Der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, die windgeschützte Lage und die Abendsonne sind spitze. Man hat kurze Wege überall hin, nette Bars und Restaurants just um die Ecke, auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Die Wohnung ist gut und funktional ausgestattet, da mangelt es an fast nichts! Die Anlage ist gut für Familien geeignet, da es jedoch etwas hallt, muss man etwas auf die Lautstärke der Kids achten bzw. hört auch von den Nachbarn recht viel! Aber untem Strich: Super zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Relax and enjoy

It’s always great being in an owner’s property, as they treat you like a guest and not just a paying client. And Boris is a great example of this. His communication before our arrival was great, and he was on hand if needed throughout (not that we did). The property was as described and shown in the pictures, so no point labouring these details. With ground floor access to the pool, this made an indoor outdoor day perfect, and for the social lets you, and your kids if you have them, get to meet those staying around you. The site was quiet throughout the day and night, providing for both relaxing days and peaceful nights. It’s location almost on the beach at El Cotillo means that you can access this beautiful, clean and ever changing beach whenever you want. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Boris.

Die Lage ist wirklich unglaublich schön. Direkt am Strand, der gerade für Kinder ideal ist. Wenig Wellen, kaum Strömung. Das Appartement ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Und der Ausblick vom Schlaf -bzw. Kinderzimmer im 1. OG (Meerblick) ist traumhaft. Manche Möbel und Deko könnte vielleicht erneuert werden, doch das ist Geschmackssache. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist toll und sauber. Lieben Dank an Boris für die sympathische Betreuung. Wir kommen bald mal wieder

This is a lovely holiday apartment providing all you need to make your holiday perfect. The location is ideal and definitely the best in El Cotillo, only a few steps away from the beach. Boris was very helpful again ensuring a perfect stay.

Bruno and Maria who own the property, were great to deal with. Although the check out time was 10:30am, our flight wasn't till 9:00pm. They were happy for us to stay in the Apt. Till 5:00pm. The apt. Is well kitted out and was spotless! Can't think of anything which would improve it! The pool is fantastic ! Lots of sun beds and really well maintained. Two people clean the pool and the surrounding area every morning. The Complex is situated right on Cotillo beach and has access directly on to the Beach , which is one of the most natural and beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Probably the best Apartments In Cotillo. The perfect Chill out location. Planning our return!! Donald Blue

Super Sommerurlaub im Cotillo Sunshine

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben uns im Cotillo Sunshine sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wie in der Beschreibung, es fehlt an nichts. Die Poolanlage ist klasse und sehr sauber, die Kinder haben sie geliebt. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür und abends kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Es gibt einige Restaurants in El Cotillo, die zu empfehlen sind. Wenn man den Touristentrubel abends liebt, empfehlt sich eine Fahrt nach Corralejo (ca. 20 min). Ein Muß sind auch die kilometerlangen herrlichen Sandstrände südlich von Corralejo, die auch in der Hochsaison nie überfüllt sind. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank nochmal an Boris, der uns sehr gut betreut hat und sehr hilfsbereit war. Seine vielen Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Sehenwürdigkeiten waren zu Beginn sehr hilfreich für uns. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Strandurlaub mit viel Sonne für uns vier, die Anlage ist bedenkenlos weiterzuempfehlen.

Wer mit Kindern nach Fuerteventura reist und in einem schönen Appartment direkt neben dem Strand - einer kleinen ruhigen Bucht - verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das morgendliche Frühstück im El Goloso ist ein optimaler Start in jeden neuen Ferientag. Auch die Pools gleich neben dem eigenen Garten bietet herrliche Abwechslung und lädt bis zum Sonnenuntergang zum Baden und plantschen ein. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Ruhige und erholsame Familienferien Sommer 2013

Anreisedatum: 27.07.2013 für zwei Wochen Reservation, Buchung und Vertragsabschluss haben hervorragend geklappt. Auf dem Weg zum Haus haben wir uns mit Boris (Betreuer Liegenschaft) an einem Ort abgemacht und er hat uns dann hingeführt und alles perfekt übergeben, auch sämtliche Fragen die wir noch hatten wurden kompetent beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns rasch sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und zweckmässig eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig bemessen und mit genügend Stauraum eingerichtet. Das Bad im oberen Stock hatte ebenfalls genügend Platz, war zweckmässig eingerichtet für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Küche ist genügend gross und mit allem was man zum Kühlen und Kochen für eine Familie braucht eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls gross genug und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einzig das WLAN war etwas schwach bestückt, sodass man nur aus einer Ecke des Gartensitzplatzes genügend Empfang hatte, wir gehen jedoch davon aus, dass das heute besser gelöst ist. Die Anlage rund um den Swimmingpool bietet genügend Platz für Spass und Spiel, Liegestühle sind ebenfalls genügend vorhanden. Pool wird regelmässig durch ansässiges Personal gepflegt und gewartet. Und dann natürlich unweit in Sichtweite ist der unendlich lange Strand, der zum plantschen, spazieren und verweilen einlädt. Parkplätze für das gemietete Auto waren ausserhalb der Anlage genügend vorhanden. Wir empfanden die Gegend als sehr sicher. Die Nachbarschaft war auf Grund des grossen Grundstücks kaum wahrnehmbar. Mit dem Auto sind in unterschiedlichen Distanzen alle Strände in der Region innerhalb einer guten halben Stunde erreichbar. In der Nähe im Dorf hat es einige kleinere Läden für das tägliche. Nicht zu vergessen unweit der Anlage die Bäckerei mit Kaffee mit täglich frisch gebackenem für alle Geschmäcker von gross und klein. Für grössere Einkäufe ist Corralejo mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Für Restauranttipps war Boris uns eine sehr grosse Hilfe. Auch wenn sonst Fragen vorhanden waren konnte Boris uns mit seiner grossen und langjährigen Erfahrung immer helfen. Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Familienferien und nur zu empfehlen. Wer unsäglich viel Action erwartet sollte vielleicht eher Clubferien buchen... Saludos Rolf, Sabine, Lisa und Anna

Äußerst empfehlenswert!

Von Ende Juli bis Mitte August waren wir 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es ist wirklich so wie in der Beschreibung: sehr geräumig, schön und praktisch eingerichtet, auch die Küche mit allem, was man zum (üppigen) Kochen braucht, sowie Mikrowelle, großesTiefkühlfach und Waschmaschine, alles in bestem Zustand. Von der Terrasse (durch eine kleine Mauer und Türchen etwas vom Badebetrieb abgeschirmt) mit Sonnenschirm schaut man über den großen Pool hinweg zum Meer, von den Schlafzimmern oben ist der Blick noch schöner: Vom Bett aus kann man schon morgens über Pool, Strand, Felsen und Meer die Aussicht genießen! Die Anlage wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas dunkel, aber sie ist in den Farben der Insel gebaut: rötlich-braun, passt also eigentlich sehr gut in die Landschaft. Jeden Tag kommt ein Gärtner, so dass alles sehr gepflegt ist. Hinter der die Anlage begrenzenden Mauer befindet sich gleich der helle Sandstrand, in Felsen eingebettet, so dass sich eine offene Lagune ergibt, ohne hohe Wellen und mit seicht abfallendem Strand ins Meer, also auch sehr für kleine Kinder geeignet. Wer kein Kyte-Surfer oder Surfer ist und trotzdem weiten Strand und kräftigere Wellen möchte, der kann einfach, so wie wir, auf die andere Seite der Insel fahren, zu den großen Dühnen von El Jable. Das sind 25 km, also gar nicht weit, und ein Auto wird ja sicher doch jeder dabei haben. In El Cotillo selbst gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen prima Bäcker und etwas weiter entfernt, am Ortsausgang, auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, sogar mit Diät- und Allergiker-Lebensmitteln. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist aber auch Boris, der Vermieter. Ein sehr liebenswürdiger Mensch, der sich um alle Belange kümmert, viele Tipps parat hat, immer zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit ist. Fazit: Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder dorthin fahren!!

JUST PERFECT

Auf der Suche über das Internet bin ich auf das hier beschriebene Angebot gestossen . Die vielen positiven Berichte verheissen nach dem durchlesen nur Gutes . Nun, man weiss ja, dass es auch manipulierte Bewertungen gibt auf bekannten Vermieterseiten. Bei diesem Angebot sieht jedoch alles anders aus Die Planung und die Kommunikation zwischen dem Besitzer ist einfach perfekt ! Schon nach der Ersten Kontaktaufnahme per Mail entfällt noch restliche Skepsis. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles was es braucht ist vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und der Pool ist Spitze. Die Sicht und die Lage ist schon der Hammer und man muss für gleichwertiges schon suchen und wird wohl nichts vergleichbares finden ! Der Besitzer ( Boris ) ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett , kommunikativ und kennt sich aus mit Land und Leuten ! Unzählige Tips erhielten wir von Ihm und alle erfüllten sich. Das Essen in den vorgeschlagenen Restaurants in El Cotillo war nicht mehr zu toppen ! Ich weiss, das ist Geschmackssache, aber wir haben uns zu dritt quer durch die Karte geschlemmert und nie was erhalten das nicht das Urteil " sehr gut" verdient hätte..... Also, wer was ruhiges sucht, jeden Abend einen SUNSET sehen will, eine Aussicht geniessen möchte aufs Meer, der liegt hier GOLD richtig. Wir können das Angebot nur empfehlen ! Gracias Boris ! Ruhiger Pool/Beachurlaub

Die Angaben im Internet stimmten absolut mit der Realität überein.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: 2 Stühle mehr für die Terrasse und etwas mehr Gläser und Besteck - besonders bei dem Luxus einer Spülmaschine. In jeder (!) Ferienwohnung fehlte mir bisher ein kleines Messer, ein Sparschäler und eine Reibe, aber im Urlaub kann man auch improvisieren. Durch Boris fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut und informiert, jederzeit würde ich die Anlage weiterempfehlen. Unsere Kinder nahmen an einem Surfkurs bei Freshsurf teil, auch das können wir weiterempfehlen.
