Beautiful newly renovated apartment located in the center, less than five minutes walk from the beaches of Corralejo. With an area of 90 square meters consists of living room and kitchen with open concept island, bedroom, bathroom with rain shower, laundry, terrace and balcony. It is located on the first floor of a nice and well-kept building. Spacious and clear spaces with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Overlooking an old restored mill, typical of the island, and next to a large supermarket. It is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, all kinds of shops and ice cream parlors. A few meters away is the bus stop. It is also close to the pier from where boats leave for Lanzarote and the islet of Lobos continuously.
